Adappt supports you in your daily life as a parent of a child with neurodevelopmental disorders (autism spectrum disorders, dys disorders, attention deficit disorder with or without hyperactivity), by offering positive psychology and mindfulness activities. Designed by researchers from the Department of Behavioral and Social Sciences at the University of Twente, Adappt helps you improve your well-being while supporting your child.
