About this app

manpoke is a simple pedometer app that lets you share your daily steps with family and friends.

"I wonder if my parents, who live far away, are walking well today?"

"I want to get more exercise as a family."

When you open manpoke, you can see everyone's daily steps at a glance in a pie chart. There are no complicated operations. Your daily steps will be a sign of "I'm doing well" to your family who live far away.

■ Features
・Automatically records your daily steps (links with Health Connect)
・Also displays an estimate of the distance walked
・Share everyone's steps in a pie chart (maximum 5 people per group)
・You can join up to 3 groups (you can use them separately for family, friends, etc.)
・The invitation code is just 4 animal emojis. Easy to share verbally.
・Registration only requires a nickname and password. No email address required
- Choose your own color, making it easy to identify "you" in the pie chart.

■ Easy 3-step usage
1. Create a group by choosing a nickname and color.
2. Share the four animal emoji invitation codes with your family.
3. Then, simply walk. Everyone's steps will be collected in the pie chart.

■ About health data
Step counts are read from Health Connect with your permission.
The acquired step count is used only for displaying steps and sharing within the group; it is not used for advertising or providing/selling to third parties. We do not access any health data other than step counts.

■ Terms of Use
- Permission to access Health Connect (Google) is required to acquire step counts.
- Step counts measured by your smartwatch will be reflected after synchronization with Health Connect.
- This app is not a medical device. This service is not a substitute for emergency calls or safety confirmation services; please use the monitoring function as a supplementary feature.
