About this app

Learnovo is a school management app that connects students, parents,
teachers and administrators to their school's academic and administrative
information.

IMPORTANT: Learnovo is provided to you by your school. You need a school
code and login credentials issued by your school administrator to sign in.
Accounts cannot be created inside the app.

FOR STUDENTS AND PARENTS
• Check attendance on a month-by-month calendar with a running percentage
• View your class timetable
• See homework and assignments with due dates and submission status
• Submit homework by attaching a photo or document
• View exam schedules and published results
• Track fee invoices and payment status, and download receipts
• Browse the school library — issued books, reservations and fines
• Receive school announcements and notifications
Parents with more than one child can switch between them.

FOR TEACHERS
• Mark attendance for your assigned classes
• Create and manage homework and assignments
• Review and grade homework submissions
• Enter examination marks and publish results
• View class insights: attendance trends and submission rates
• Build and export student lists
• Access your timetable and the school holiday calendar
• Send announcements to your classes

FOR SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS
• Manage student and staff records, admissions and academic sessions
• Configure classes, sections and subjects
• Run student and staff attendance with monthly reports
• Manage fee structures, invoices, collections and receipts
• Handle income, expenses, payroll and bank reconciliation
• Generate certificates and reports
• Manage library, transport and activity programmes
• Publish announcements and circulars

SECURITY AND PRIVACY
• Optional biometric unlock using your device's own security
• All data is sent over encrypted HTTPS connections
• Each school's data is kept separate and access is limited by role — a
parent sees only their own child's records, a teacher only their classes
• No advertising, no ad networks, and no tracking or profiling of children
• Fee payments are handled by Razorpay. Card and UPI details are entered in
Razorpay's secure interface and are never stored by Learnovo
