As go with the previous reviews, just like the company, their app has been and is still absolute trash. I've had to reset my password so many times I couldn't begin to guess the number. Funny enough though, the developers never seem to address the ongoing issues. Again today I go through the reset process, click on the link, then a message pops up that I have no app on my phone that allows me to open the content. HOW ABOUT YOUR STUPID APP THATS ON MY DEVICE??? ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A COMPANY.

APP is slow and service is frustrating. Most places won't even take my vehicle because of how difficult they make it to get approval. The one place I can take my vehicle requires me to stop by in advance just so they can get approval prior to my scheduled service.

Horrible app. Only good thing is only having to use it once each month to enter mileage. Even that is dreadful and seems to take for ever. Unable to even log in since it is requiring a new password and will not accept anything I put in there.
