Lots of bad reviews here... not an issue for me, I started using this site two weeks ago and I've already got enough points to redeem my first tims gift card. It took two days to get my online gift card from the day I redeemed. So far so good, maybe they have worked out the kinks ppl seem to be complaining about in the past.

LEO repeatedly fails to award promised points for completed surveys, which seems like a deliberate scheme to cheat survey takers. Some surveys can't be done in the app and require a browser. Plus, notifications don't work. I have had plenty of surveys for which I was never notified by the app or email. Much easier to do surveys in a browser than in this app.

I see I'm not the only one being cheated out of points! And when I contacted customer service I was told I only did a 1 minute survey which was actually at least 10 mins. I have done a few more surveys since between 5 and 15 mins each.. completed them and only received 50 points and 1 chance for compensation. I completed the surveys!! I'm close to getting a reward card so it's pretty obvious to me I'm being slowed down and cheated out of points.
