I see I'm not the only one being cheated out of points! And when I contacted customer service I was told I only did a 1 minute survey which was actually at least 10 mins. I have done a few more surveys since between 5 and 15 mins each.. completed them and only received 50 points and 1 chance for compensation. I completed the surveys!! I'm close to getting a reward card so it's pretty obvious to me I'm being slowed down and cheated out of points.

I had to permanently delete the email address I used to log into this app. I have over 2300 points. I asked to change my email address to log in & I told them why. They told me to give them my old email address, the new one I wanted to use & my phone number associated with my Leo account. I gave them the info & still haven't received a response from them. This was the second time I asked & had to give the same answers to them. Still no reply. I'm frustrated since I can't use my points.

app not working the past couple days. since i earned over 20,000 points the other day I havent been able to get the rewards page to load. today the app wont open at all, it says there was a problem with my connection. won't let me push the button for support or refresh. what is going on?
