Edit: OK, I was finally able to log in. I love this app because it makes it easier to access the surveys Cannot connect. I wish I didn't remove the older version. I left the app open for at least half an hour, and it was still trying to connect. I'll edit this review if it does work, and I'm still able to do my surveys

Customer support regularly takes several weeks to respond if they ever do. I also have not yet received any of my cash outs despite requesting a gift card a month ago. Furthermore, the delivery date for the gift card that has yet to arrive was a week ago. Unfortunately, I can't get customer service to answer a ticket about an updated status. This company is predatory, at the very least, while teetering on the edge of being a scam.

It has potential to be convenient but it needs some work. I installed it after receiving the email for the giveaway. At first I liked how easy it was to use. I didn't like when it opened external links outside the app. I may as well just use my browser then. At about 93% thru the Healthcare survey, pleased with the in-app functions, it crashed. Now will not reload, even after rebooting phone. And if I try to use my browser now, it just gets taken over by the app. I'd like to finish that survey!
