Ratings and reviews

I paid $10.99 to get certified in a maximum of 3 hours. I saw the time running out and none of the evaluators (usually there are 2 or 3 plus the AI ​​system they use) took my certification. When the time is really running out, the system automatically asks for additional photos, so, according to them, the time restarts, giving them another 3 hours. You pay to get the result in 3 hours, but it takes much longer. Worse is the customer support, which treats you like an idiot, BEWARE.

Can they be accurate with the results? I was reading the dispute information, and it says you have to pay $200 for them to check your item in phase 2 . So, the game is to get you to send it in for $200 because there isn't a 100% accurate way to check through pictures. app doesn't even have video feature which is more accurate than still photos.

Despite the service saying they would get back to me in 3 hours, they completed the check from 2 users and an ai within 2 minutes
