About this app

Thanks to BTicino’s "Door Entry CLASSE300X" you will have in your hand all the functionalities of your door entry system.
So you will be able to answer and open the door while you're comfortably sitting on your couch or anywhere else in the world, but not only.
With “Door Entry CLASSE300X” you can monitor all the cameras of your video door entry system or open the gate, without your keys, when you get home.
To use the APP you must have the new BTicino video internal unit CLASSE300X13E.
If you have a different BTicino model (in 2 wire technology) in your house, don’t worry, you can easily replace it without any other modifications.

This app is guaranteed to be used on smartphone natively including Google services (Google Play Store, Google Play Services).
Verify the presence and activation state of Google Play Services in the App menu of your smartphone settings.

Ratings and reviews

Notification can't be skipped, muted, sound can't be changed. When someone is ringing it mutes music and I have to force quit app to make it work again. switching between cameras is buggy, ened up using the security netatmo app for the extra camera. Only one user can view the doorbell camera at a time, the others get locked out while one is answering. App started to take way too long to load and sometimes never connects, app crashes often. Looking into ditching btcino as a brand.

The app is OK but there are some audio issues : 1) When the doorbell is ringing, the ringtone in the app cannot be muted. I can't even turn the volume down with the phone button. That can be very annoying. 2) The app always uses the phone speaker and microphone, even when a bluetooth headset is connected and active. The music in the headset is interrupted when the bell is rung, but the sound of the app goes through the speaker, so I can't hear it with the headset on.

More to the review immediately below. After changing mobile phone to Samsung A52s 5G I noticed that the application's sound does not play through the phone's loud speaker at the bottom of the phone, but only through the small speaker on the top which is intended for use when you place the phone by your head. This way, the sound volume is very low. Could you please provide a way to use the main phone's loudspeaker?
