Leiko brings blood pressure into focus — for you, or for someone you love.

Leiko is the companion app for the Leiko watch: an FDA-listed Class II blood-pressure device, and one of the rare wristwatches that reads blood pressure with an actual inflating cuff — the same oscillometric method used at your doctor's office. Leiko gathers every reading into one calm, clear place. Whether you're following your own numbers or keeping an eye on a parent across town or across the world, Leiko helps you stay close and stay informed.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• See a reading the moment it lands — blood pressure, heart rate, blood oxygen, sleep, and daily activity, together in one view.
• Read your day in one sentence — Leiko opens with a plain-language line on how you, or someone in your care, are doing.
• Follow your trends across days, weeks, and months — plus a short written recap each week and a sense of what's normal for you over time.
• See what your day does to your numbers — Leiko surfaces the patterns that matter, like shorter sleep and higher morning readings.
• Ask Leiko — a gentle assistant answers questions about your readings and your health in plain language, drawing on a clinician-reviewed library and citing its sources. When a question needs a doctor, Leiko says so.
• Stay connected as a family — invite the people who care, share readings, leave a note, and choose what each person sees. Change it any time.
• Bring your doctor a clear picture — export a clean PDF summary of recent readings for your next appointment.
• Switch to a large-text view for the person being cared for.

Your readings are yours. They're encrypted in transit and at rest, never sold, and never used for advertising. You choose who sees them. Leiko works with Apple Health and Health Connect, on your terms.

WORKS OFFLINE
Every reading is saved on your phone first, so Leiko keeps working even without a connection — and syncs when you're back online.

Leiko is a companion for tracking and understanding your vitals. It does not diagnose or treat, and it does not replace your doctor or an emergency service. If you have questions about your health, talk to your doctor; in an emergency, call your local emergency number.

What’s new

Setting up Leiko is smoother now. The welcome and setup screens fit every phone and text size, so nothing gets cut off — and you can step back through the intro if you'd like a second look.
Behind the scenes, readings from the watch keep syncing more reliably while the app is in the background, and a family member can gently nudge a phone to refresh. Leiko can now also ask to keep running in the background so your readings stay fresh.
