I have uninstalled the app. Initially I was able to send money until today. The money took too long and it was urgently needed. I had to keep calling them and they only answered once. Thank goodness the transaction was completed. Also there was a time I needed to send money but my transactions weren't going through. Later the next week they informed me via text that there was an issue in their system. If you had alerted users earlier we would have rearranged our plans. Just use mpesa kawaida
