LEARN A FOREIGN LANGUAGE WITH EVIE
Have Evie repeat each sentence multiple times, then optionally wait for you to repeat.
The key to speaking the language is memorization through repetition.

Evie can translate each sentence on the fly, then read the translation out loud to you.

I used to love this app but ever since the update where it forces you to use the Amazon Polly voice services I've begun to dislike this app more and more. I almost solely use this app while I'm driving so it's connected to my car and before I could use the Android TTS and the app worked just perfectly but now all the sudden I have to buy time from Amazon in order to hear my books. I have rolled back 2 or 3 times to fix the issue but it's a major inconvenience.

Just downloaded and started using this app, I came over from natural reader because they removed the Google iom voice and tried to upsell their trash "premium" voices which sound horrible. This app is better in every way and the best part is its is completely free with the ability to donate to their project which I will most certainly be doing, thank you for making an amazing app.

Data safety was the main reason I use this app over the others. The others just want too much data. Though I am putting my trust in the app dev on that. I use Speech Recognition and Synthesis by Google, the voice I use is English (GB), rjs, local. That's my boy British Brian. Speech rate at 140%, personally, my imagination struggles to keep up if it's any faster. I've listened to probably 4-5 thousand hours of t2s with that voice alone. It's honestly a curse. I read web novels too quickly now.
