The Leora Carers App is the official mobile application for Leora Support Workers, purpose-built to help Leora Support Workers manage their daily shifts, on the go.

Services & Shifts Management
View your daily shifts at a glance via the Home screen. Access upcoming appointments, client details, service types, and locations—all in one place. You can also easily browse past and future services using the integrated Calendar view to stay ahead of your schedule.
Location-Powered Check In/Out
Streamline your timekeeping with GPS-based location verification. The app confirms you are within range of your client’s location before enabling clock actions, ensuring accurate, hassle-free time records for every service you provide.
Care Notes & Attachments
Maintain comprehensive client records by creating detailed care notes immediately after each service. You can attach supporting documents or photos (up to 5MB per file), with all data synced securely to the cloud for seamless continuity of care.
Expenses & Mileage Tracking
Submit expense claims with receipt attachments and log mileage using location-assisted tracking. All submissions are stored safely on your phone and synced automatically once connectivity is restored.
Notifications Centre
Stay informed and up to date. The dedicated notifications hub highlights unread alerts and important service updates so that critical information never falls through the cracks.
Full Offline Capability
When working in areas with poor or no connectivity, the app continues to function perfectly using locally stored data. Once you are back online, all updates are automatically and securely synced to the cloud—no manual action required.

Your security is our priority. Login details and session tokens are protected using industry-standard AES-256-CBC encryption and secure device storage. All communication with our servers is protected by encrypted Bearer token authentication.
