I use a golf cart to get around/lounge around in while looking busy at all the various sites I work at and this app is nice to check the charge of the batteries before I hop on for the night...when the charger at the site is compatible and the app can actually connect to it, which it wasn't able to do tonight. Next time I can only hope previous shift charges it fully so I don't stall out and have to do my best Sisyphus impression as I shove the cart up a 2 story garage ramp back to the charger.

Good, I can program it the way I want. Would like to see a reboot function on it though, why it this not an option? Faster functions and menus would help too. Needs to be more clear on the program name that it is using, not the generic number that it gives. On that note, would like to rename the programs also, so that I can charge different battery loads and different battery types without having to guess. It could go a long way to being better, especially for the premium price of the hardware

For most of the day yesterday the app connected to the battery pack. Last night it stopped connecting. The charger will show up in the app, but when I click it to connect, the lights on the charger flash, and then the app loses the charger connection. Multiple reboots, unplugged charger multipke times, uninstalled and reinstalled app. July 14, 2022:. The issue was with the hardware... I have improved my rating accordingly. Would be nice to have state of support for LifePO4 batteries.

This may be more of a charger issue than an app issue. Please remove the DC Power connections to your charger, wait 10 seconds and then reconnect the charger to your vehicle. This power down/power up procedure will reset the communication module of your charger and should resolve this issue. You can contact us at: service@lesterelectrical.com
