DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY! Pay is not disclosed upfront. They give varying rates of pay to different drivers and it is known, thanks to client feedback, that your tips are being stolen. They canceled my upcoming jobs after I asked why I wasn't paid for the trips I completed. They refused to confirm the pay for the upcoming trips and canceled the orders instead. Least honest and upfront courier app. Save yourself the $25 background check fee for the app and deliver for someone else.

Not a fair app to work for. #1 reason, they do not show tip amounts so you could be taking an order up multiple floors that takes multiple trips for no tip. Very unfair. Also orders are just put out and it's whoever is fastest gets it. You can literally stare at your screen for 2 hours hoping you are fast enough to swipe over to get an order before someone else and you end up with nothing. Terrible app to do work for.

When a platform does show you the full pay that means they can skim off the top. It is standard for catering companies to show full pay upfront, all my other apps that use ezcater do just not this one.
