the past several months, the 3 dispatchers on cartwheel for the chicago area get barely any orders anymore. I mean, next to nothing now, so the app is useless. previous: I work with 3 different dispatchers. I constantly have to log in with each one to see what's available. They should all be shown at the same time on my account. It's terribly inconvenient and a real pain, constantly having to log in/out of 3 accounts. There has to be a better way!!

I've been a catering driver for over 10 years. My company switched to this for dispatch. It does not track my location properly. when I turn the app on, it says im miles from my store. I have to refresh often to assign a new order sometimes after 5 minutes. My biggest complaint is that it requires location to be on at all times. If I dont disable after work I will get a random notification while cooking dinner or sleeping "cartwheel got your location" it feels invasive.

Notifications are not consistent. My friend and I both do deliveries, we are in same place, and one phone is ringing with orders& other does not. We could be separate locations, talking, one phone rings & other does not. Many times it will ring orders are avail in my area, and none show up. We both have all notifications on. We don't have this prob with GH or Uber apps.
