This does not seem to be a very serious app... Earlier, there was no way to add *any* item to the shopping basket. Now, at the point of payment, it presents a long list of imaginary credit cards and issues the message "Your payment method won't be charged because you're in a test environment". (Version: 8.12.0; updated on Aug 25th, i.e. four days ago)

if you want to spend your Red Coins, forget it. Won't add them to basket, and Levi's answer is reinstall app, clear cache, and if that doesn't work, email them If that's the perk of the app and its a known issue. why have you not addressed it. I've also had contact support, and other functions have not worked. It's great when it works, but frustrating that they can't seem to address these issues.

user interface does not work at all. can't change address, county. can't add to cart or check out. half the stuff thats on the website doesn't show up on this app effectively rendering the red tab "discount" useless.
