can't even use the product because my touchlock portable ssd will not let me set up anything. keeps saying failed attempts and just got it and never set up anything

app won't work on Android 10 or below. what is so special about it that you won't allow it to run on version 10? and your 128gb USB memory stick doesn't let me edit or move folders (somehow it's locked). I'm very disappointed because your brand has worked well in the past.
