I bought this device to download my photos from an SD card to the 2TB SSD. I downloaded the app and went to Kenya early the next morning. After going on Safari I got back to base, assembled the device, plugged it into my S22 Ultra phone and opened the app. Selected the source and destination, named the file and pressed next. I then got an error saying I needed to use a file format of FAT or exFAT. All permissions are correct, app still failing. The SSD should already be exFAT. Useless device.

app won't work on Android 10 or below. what is so special about it that you won't allow it to run on version 10? and your 128gb USB memory stick doesn't let me edit or move folders (somehow it's locked). I'm very disappointed because your brand has worked well in the past.
