The Lexus Integrated Dashcam App allows you to connect to your Lexus Integrated Dashcam to manage your device settings and download your video content.

Wireless Video File Transfer
Easily download your video files from any of the folders on your Lexus Integrated Dashcam to your smart phone using Wi-Fi.

Once saved to your phone, you can easily transfer or share your files.

It is important to download and save a copy of any important footage as soon as it is safe to do so to prevent it being overwritten. Protected Files may still be overwritten by newer protected files if the memory card is full.

Note: Your video is only transferred from your camera directly to your phone and is not stored or backed up on the cloud by this service.

Settings Management
Use the app to easily change settings such as G-force sensitivity, video resolution and frame rate, storage allocation, date and time settings, video information stamp settings, GPS history settings, default microphone behaviors, footage overwrite settings and more.

Software update
With Over The Air Software updates you do not have to worry about missing the latest updates, the App will notify you when it is time to update to the latest software and assist you with the process.

Ratings and reviews

4 stars for the app & dashcam which work very well after connection is successful. -1 star for the poor instructions. As a previous review by Seth Halstead (please read) has stated, it is NOT intuitive to connect to your smartphone. You actually have to read the instructions to connect, following them precisely. The very short explanation and instructions in the Quick Start Guide for the dashcam helped too.

Not sure if I am lucky or Lexus made improvements to the actual hardware but I had no issues connecting to the dashcam and pulling the videos. The quality is great, it shows location date and the speed. Its definitely a bit costly but having an OEM part in my NX is awesome.

It works, but it's a little unintuitive on how to make it work. The on-screen instructions are very small, but you need to follow them exactly using the DCIM folder specifically. It will prompt you for a password to connect, which it provides the default password on the instructions, but then it asks you to change the password. After you change the password, it will disconnect you, and to reconnect, you must use the new password you set. Once you do that, it works fine.
