Saw an ad for this on insta. The story looked interesting so started reading it. Quickly had to pay for coins to progress. No explanation for how the coin currency worked; the assumption being u buy coins, u unlock chapters. After the 1st purchase, the price of coins is RIDICULOUS. Made more confusing by the injection of other types of coin currencies to obfuscate the insane cost to continue reading. There are much better apps out there that dont drain your wallet or try to trick u.

Besides pricing being a major issue, the actual quality of English translations has taken a major nose dive. I want to support my favorite creators on official platforms but Lezhin is likely using AI translations and not giving what few human translators that are left enough time to edit/quality check content before it gets posted. New episodes will drop with obvious syntax errors, typos, missing context, and confusing dialog. This isn't a harmless mistake but blatant mistranslation.

Is this app serious?? You give us a mere 10 bonus coins (not even enough to purchase a chapter) for check-in, but then you have the audacity to have them expire in only 3 DAYS of receiving them? At that point why even check-in? The user can't accumulate these points then, it was very unnecessary to make them expire at all (just like almost everything else in this expensive app), let alone so quickly. It's a shame because it does actually have a good selection and the UI is smooth enough.
