pulling the HVAC made by this spyware company. it was nothing but problems, going Carrier.

I brought lg air conditioner(dual inverter) and within 1.5 year compressor is gone and now they are charging money for filling gas. This is completely unacceptable . If the product is damaged and its in warranty then how you guys charge money on customers. This is simply a fraud.

Frequently crashes, can't login in guest mode, can't use diagnostic tool. Installed & uninstalled more than 10 times but still crashing.
