[Webhard Mobile Features Guide]

1. Webhard: Storage, sharing, and delivery of documents and materials for collaboration

- Create folders

- Upload/download files

- Delete/move/copy files

- Create URLs for sending files

- Share folders/files between Webhard users

- File preview and note-taking (Supports MS Office documents/PDF/image previews)

2. Additional Features

- Bulletin Boards and Schedules: Create internal or work-related bulletin boards, and share key schedules

The following permissions are required to use the Webhard service.

[Required Access Permissions]

• Storage (Android 12 or lower)

- Saves photos, videos, and other files

[Optional Access Permissions]

• Location

- Saves location information for photos taken with the camera

• Access to photos and videos (Android 13 or higher)

- Sends location information included in photos and videos on the device

• Notifications (Android 13 or higher)

- Receives notifications regarding file upload/download progress

※ Even if you do not agree to the optional access permissions, you can still use the basic services except for the relevant features.
