· You can see my information such as this month's fee, remaining data, subscribed additional services, remaining contract/installment, etc. right on the app's home screen.

· You can quickly access frequently used menus such as checking/changing rate plans, sending/receiving data, and checking real-time rates with the shortcut button.
■ Check available benefits
· You can check in detail not only my U+ membership/rate plan/discount benefits, but also benefits you are missing.
■ Quick search
· You can quickly search for the menu/service you need with the search term auto-completion and page shortcut functions.
■ Chatbot available for consultation 24 hours a day
· You can ask the chatbot any questions you have even late at night, on weekends, or on public holidays when it is difficult to connect to the customer center.
■ Simple solution for U+ Internet/IPTV, mobile problems
· If a problem occurs while using U+ Internet/IPTV, you can take simple measures and request a visit from the U+ Home Manager.
· If there is an area/location where calls or data are frequently disconnected, you can request a visit inspection.
※ U+ customers do not incur data charges while using the app.
However, data charges may apply if you move to another Internet page through the app.

· You need to consent to access permissions to use the U+ app.
· If you do not agree to the required permissions, you cannot use the following functions.

- Phone: Easy phone login and connect by pressing the phone number

- Location: Use functions such as nearby store information
- Camera: Camera capture to recognize card information
- Photos/Videos: Attach saved photos/video files (e.g., when making 1:1 inquiries and writing purchase reviews)
- Notifications: Information notifications such as bill arrivals and events
- Microphone: Use microphone for chatbot voice inquiries
- Contacts: Load contacts saved on the phone when gifting data
