Use LG U+ services more easily and quickly, including troubleshooting issues, accessing membership/benefits, and purchasing/changing products, all with a single app.

• View your information, including this month's bill, remaining data, subscribed additional services, and remaining contract/installment balance, right from the app's home screen.

• You can set your preferred main screen among MY, Benefits, Store, Plus, or AI Search as the app's home screen.

■ Automatically manages tasks
• We proactively notify you of important information and tasks based on your life cycle and usage history.

■ Membership benefits and features on U+one
• U+one benefits main page: Access U+ membership, membership barcodes, coupon boxes, and even participate in events like U+2+ right from your home page.

• We'll make sure you get the most out of every benefit you can get.

• Even late at night, on weekends, or on public holidays when customer service is difficult to reach, you can ask the chatbot any questions you have.

• If you do not agree to the required permissions, you will not be able to use the following features.

• Phone: Easy phone login and connection by pressing the phone number.

[Optional Access Permissions]

• Location: Use features such as finding nearby stores.
• Camera: Captures camera data to recognize card information.
• Photos/Videos: Attach saved photos/videos (e.g., when making 1:1 inquiries or writing reviews).
• Notifications: Notifies of bill arrivals, events, and other information.
• Microphone: Use the microphone for chatbot voice inquiries.
• Contacts: Load contacts saved on your phone when gifting data.
• Display on top of other apps: Use the visible ARS.

The app before the update was fine and easy to use even in Korean, which is not my first language. Now it's difficult and full of useless stuff. Could you please make English an option.. Furthermore you claim to offer help in English and foreign languages yet they were unwilling to help me change my phone plan despite stating I could on the website.

안녕하세요, Justine Burke 고객님. 먼저, 앱 업데이트 이후 이용에 어려움을 겪으신 점 진심으로 사과드립니다. 외국인용으로 이용하시려면 [U+one 앱 실행 → 우측 상단 메뉴(☰) → Foreigner → U+ Global 팝업 이동 확인(예/Ok) → U+ Global → 우측 상단 ‘언어 변경 아이콘’ → Language Settings] 경로를 통해 언어를 설정하실 수 있습니다. 안내가 충분하지 않아 혼선을 드린 점 다시 한번 사과드리며, 앞으로는 고객님께서 보다 편리하게 서비스를 이용하실 수 있도록 개선해 나가겠습니다. 감사합니다. -LG유플러스 드림-

They should strongly consider having an English translation option, or even allowing Google Translate to be able to translate the app pages. As is, the majority of foreign customers won't be able to use this service. LG is happy to take our money, but offers no support. I'm sure it wouldn't take much effort to have an English option.

Bought an LG phone, all the apps are in Korean and can't change to English!! You'd think an app would be capable of following the phone's language settings? Or allow us to download the English version?!?! Let's just say this is the first and last time I ever buy LG. I visited the website, korean, no English. I opened it with Google translate, found the support button, contacted in English, received a reply - in bloody Korean! You ignorant monkeys! That's just RUDE!!
