Open design files on your phone without a computer. PSD Viewer shows PSD, PSB, AI and SVG files right away, lets you look at each layer, and saves the image as PNG or JPG.
■ Open
- PSD and large PSB documents, including 16-bit and 32-bit files.
- AI files saved with PDF compatibility, with every artboard as a page.
- SVG and SVGZ.
- Pick a file in the app, open it from your file manager, or share it to the app.
- The type is read from the file itself, so a file with the wrong extension still opens.
■ View
- Pinch to zoom up to 16x and pan. Double tap to zoom in or fit.
- Switch the canvas between checkerboard, white and black to see transparency.
- See the size, resolution, color mode, bit depth, channels and layer count.
■ Layers
- See every layer and group, top to bottom, with hidden layers marked.
- Tap a layer to see it on its own, then go back to the whole image.
- Save a single layer as a transparent PNG at its own size.
- Tap the eye to turn layers on or off, then save what you see. Some documents with blend modes or effects can't be changed.
■ Save and share
- Save the image to your gallery as PNG or JPG, on a transparent, white or black background (JPG can't be transparent).
- Choose the size for AI and SVG files: 1024, 2048 or 4096 pixels on the long side.
- Share the image to any app you choose.
■ Your files
- Files are opened and drawn only on your phone. They are never uploaded.
- The app does not ask for storage permission. It reads only the files you open.
- Google services process device information for ads and app usage statistics. See the privacy policy for details.
■ Good to know
- The app shows the merged image saved in the file. A PSD saved without a merged image is shown by stacking its layers with normal blending only, so group opacity, blend modes and effects may look different.
- CMYK and Lab colors are converted without the color profile, so print colors may look different.
- Very large documents are shown reduced to fit the phone's memory.
- Older AI files saved without PDF compatibility, EPS files and password-protected files cannot be opened.
- The app views files. It does not edit them.
