Liftlog is a simple and fast gym diary for everyone who lifts weights. It helps you plan your programs, record every set in a clear table and see how your strength grows from week to week.
You can create your own routines such as leg day, push day or full body, choose exercises from a built-in library of popular lifts or add your own, and change their order with a simple drag and drop.
Logging a workout feels natural. Each exercise has its own table with the set number, your previous result, the weight in kilograms, the number of reps and a check mark to confirm the set. Your numbers from the last session are shown right next to the fields, so you always know what to beat, and adding or removing a set takes one tap. Unfinished workouts are saved automatically, so nothing is lost if you close the app or your phone restarts.
A built-in rest timer starts automatically as soon as you complete a set. You choose the default rest time, add or remove fifteen seconds when you need more or less and skip it when you are ready early. When the rest is over, Liftlog plays a sound and flashes a clear signal on the screen.
Your history keeps every session with its date, duration, total volume and sets, and you can open any session to see each set together with its estimated one-rep max. The progress screen draws a chart for any exercise, showing how your best working weight or estimated one-rep max has changed over time, and lists your personal records such as the heaviest set, the most reps and the best training volume.
All your data stays on your device. Liftlog works offline, needs no account, no internet and no permissions, has no ads and supports both light and dark themes. Train, log, repeat and watch your numbers go up.
