says there's a bug and won't let me log in. the website version won't let me take a picture of a receipt and it constantly asks to verify transactions for stuff that's obviously medical, but they give dates and dollar amounts that don't line up with anything searchable.

It forces you to change your password all the time which is incredibly annoying its hard enough to remember passwords without having to change them all the time. This is for an HRA account and even if someone got my phone (unlikely) or was able to hack into it(unlikely) i don't think they could do anything with it anyway!

I'm never able to log in due to a "bug." I called the support desk and was told that it may take a few weeks for the issue to get resolved and that this particular issue happens a lot with androids. It's been many months, and I am still unable to log onto the app.
