The dispensaries are fine. Just wish someone had mentioned the app was even created. I had been a member on the old rewards, been shopping there for years regularly and haven't accumulated anything. Someone JUST mentioned it last week. All things being equal not sure I want to keep shopping there after realizing my points never accumulated. I feel ripped off.

The dispensary if fine, it's clean and the people I've encountered so far seem like good people. I am however, disappointed with their app and points system. Never even knew there were points as nobody ever told me til recently. I was told to download the app and all my points would add up. Uh.. definitely don't have a lot of points for what I've spent. Finally, I have no idea how your point system even works, no info on your app. The app itself is poor.
