About this app

Liko PRO is the work app for Liko delivery drivers.

It's reserved for registered and verified drivers. Creating an account isn't enough: your application must be approved before you receive any deliveries. If you're looking to have a package delivered, you need the Liko app, not this one.

BECOME A DRIVER

Create your account, add your vehicle details, and upload your documents. A regional manager will review and activate your application.

RECEIVE DELIVERIES

Go online when you want to work, offline when you stop. Offers will appear with the pickup location, destination, distance, and your earnings. You can accept or decline without having to explain your decision.

THE RIDE PROCESS

Go to the pickup point, photograph the package, drive to the delivery point, enter the recipient's four-digit code, and photograph the package. Each step displays the only action expected of you: nothing to guess, nothing to search through a menu.

NAVIGATION

"Open route" launches the navigation app already installed on your phone. You retain the familiar voice and traffic information.

YOUR WALLET

You collect payment from the customer and keep the cash. The commission is deducted from your balance, which you can top up via Mobile Money from the app. Details of each trip remain available, trip by trip.

WORK OFFLINE

Your actions are recorded on your phone and resume automatically as soon as the connection is restored. A poor coverage area won't stop you or cause you to miss a delivery.

USE OF LOCATION

During a ride, the app transmits your location so the customer can track their delivery and you can be offered rides closest to you. A persistent notification indicates when location tracking is active. It stops at the end of the ride.

All fares are in CFA francs (XOF). Coverage area: Ouagadougou and its surrounding area.
