About this app

Liko delivers your packages in Ouagadougou, by motorcycle or car, with a price
announced before you order and live tracking until delivery.

ORDER IN FOUR STEPS

1. Indicate the pickup point and the destination.

2. Choose Express, by motorcycle, for a small package, or Cargo, by car,

for a larger package.

3. The price is displayed before you order. This is the price you will pay.

4. A driver accepts the delivery and comes to collect the package.

A PRICE ANNOUNCED, NOT AN ESTIMATE

The total amount shown is calculated on our servers based on the actual road distance,
not the straight-line distance. It does not change during the journey.

TRACK YOUR DELIVERY

You can see the driver's progress on the map. Their first name, vehicle, and license plate number are displayed, and you can call them at any time.

A FOUR-DIGIT PICKUP CODE

The package is only given to the person who provides the correct code. This is what distinguishes a package entrusted to someone from one given to just anyone.

PROOF OF DELIVERY

Upon delivery, the driver photographs the package and notes the name of the person who received it. The proof is saved in your delivery history.

PAYMENT

Payment is made to the driver, in cash or via Mobile Money. You can also choose to have the recipient pay upon delivery.

CANCEL

Cancellation is possible and free of charge as long as the package has not been picked up.

YOUR ADDRESSES

Save the places where you frequently send packages. The app knows the neighborhoods, businesses, and landmarks of Ouagadougou, including those without street names.

HISTORY AND RECEIPTS

Each delivery is recorded with a receipt, route details, and proof of delivery.

IN CASE OF A PROBLEM

You can open a dispute through the app. Photos and locations recorded during the delivery serve as evidence.

Ouagadougou and surrounding areas. All amounts are in CFA francs (XOF).
