I started with the morning challenge and added the new year challenge on January 1st. It's a great app, flexible and complete within itself. There are many levels beyond just the challenges. My stress and anxiety levels have been extreme for a few months and I was searching for new tools to help me as the circumstances creating the issues are not going to change any time soon, so, I needed to be the one who changed. Explore this app for yourself and enjoy finding all the many different aspects

Awesome app! There are ads, but they're only mildly irritating and not overly intrusive IMO. I love that you can create challenges, participate in someone else's challenge, or just follow the regular premade challenges. I also like that you can take notes in the calendar or on a specific challenge. The only thing I don't like is some of the "positive vibes only" stuff that pops up or the positive affirmations as these have shown to negatively harm people.

Using this app for about a month now and am really enjoying the doable ideas in here. It's challenging me to do things that I've been wanting to but have put off. You can also customize your avatar with the money they give you for completing your lists. It's okay if you miss a day. I sometimes will go back days later to check it off. One new task a day and there's lots of topics to choose from. I really appreciate that it's free and I'm not dealing with adds. tried other apps but this is my fav.
