This app is awesome. It works well and has categories for just about everything a person can think to improve on. Having an app to help walk through those changes on a step by step basis that also has great advice is fantastic. And I can set what time I want the app to give me reminder notifications.

Very cute and soft atmosphere. There are so many apps that give tons of notifications and feels so pressuring, this app is very simplistic but it's cozy and doesn't feel like another Thing I have to do, especially during depression funks. It can get a little much if you start a bunch of challenges all at once, but you have the option to hide those away and clean up the UI a bit so you only have whichever challenges you choose. It's a good start, but isn't for those who need to be yelled at.

I love the concept and experience of this app. My only feedback is about the UI. I would highly consider making color palettes that are more contrasting with the text to make it more accessible to a wider audience with visual impairments. I'm glad to see there is dark mode, but is unfortunate if there's not a free color setting that is legible against the white text. Otherwise, loving this app, just started on my first challenges, I can't wait to see how they go!
