Limber Arc is a guided stretching app designed for anyone who wants to improve flexibility without the complexity of a subscription or account setup. Everything runs locally on your device — no login, no cloud, no distractions.
Each stretching session is presented as a sequence of pose cards. Every card shows you exactly what stretch to perform, how long to hold it, and automatically moves to the next pose when the timer completes. The transitions are smooth, the layout is clear, and the whole experience is built around staying focused on your body rather than your phone screen.
The session library covers a range of flexibility goals — morning wake-up routines, post-workout cooldowns, hip openers, shoulder relief, and full-body flows. Each routine is structured so that beginner and intermediate users can follow along without prior experience.
The home screen displays all available routine categories as a grid of large visual cards. Tap one to begin, and the app walks you through each pose step by step. A countdown timer runs for each stretch, and when it reaches zero, the next pose loads automatically. You can also tap to skip forward or go back to the previous pose if needed.
Progress through a session is tracked locally. The app remembers which routines you have completed recently so you can vary your practice without repeating the same session twice in a row.
No internet connection is required at any point. No data leaves your device.
