About this app

The Guided Shoulder Injection app is the companion to both the Ultrasound Guided Shoulder Injection and Palpation Shoulder Injection Models.

The app allows the user to do the following.

Practice Mode

Practice Mode includes a List View which replicates the old shoulders feedback console. Each of the injection sites is listed and the site lights up green if the trainee successfully achieves an injection in that location.

Model Anatomy

The interactive Model Anatomy section of the app provides a view of the key anatomy that is within the
shoulder injection model. The Model Anatomy can be rotated to view the shoulder from different angles.

Injection Techniques

In addition to the in-app content, the app links to online learning content on the Shoulder Doc website, www.shoulderdoc.co.uk. This online content can be accessed during training, before training to prepare or after training to review learning. The online content includes step by step guides to common injection techniques.
