About this app

ModérScroll helps you take back control of infinite scroll on TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels, and the X feed.

Three modes: • Limiter — when you hit your limit, scrolling stops. You take back control without forcing yourself. • Observer — you actually see how much you scroll, with no blocking. • Timer — a time budget per app: you scroll freely, then it cuts off when time is up.

Features: • Daily limit or time budget, per app (5 apps) • Real-time view counter and alerts as you get close to your limit • 24-hour lock on your limit when you’re ready • Automatic block at the limit (accessibility service enabled) • Stats and weekly recap • Challenges and notifications to stay motivated • Email or Google sign-in to save your progress

Free trial: 7 days of full access through Google Play. A payment method is required: nothing is charged during the trial, and you can cancel anytime.

Premium: After the 7 days, a monthly Google Play subscription is required to keep limits, timer, and blocking. About CHF 6 / month (the price shown in the store may vary by country). Cancel anytime in Google Play.

Accessibility service: ModérScroll uses an accessibility service that you turn on yourself in Android settings. It is used only to detect your usage (views and time) in the apps you choose, and to apply your limits. Your personal data is not sold. You can turn it off at any time
