Pilates is a full body, posture-restoring, and centering exercise that is ideal for every age and body type. Through mindful movement you’ll connect to your body and work your muscles in a whole new way. Not to mention, you can get results in as little as 15 minutes a day and there is no equipment required to get started.

This is the best Pilates program I've ever done! I have been a member since 2018 before there was an app, and this new app is very user-friendly. Not just Pilates on here, but also some great recipes and monthly missions where we focus on improving a small area of our life (some past ones have been organizing our homes, improving hormone health, prioritizing fun and play). I can't recommend it enough!

I love Lindywell ... Pilates, breathwork, healthy recipes! I have a monthly calendar of Pilates workouts to use and can still tailor it to my needs, doing a different day or choosing a specific workout from the library. Robin and her instructors are great at taking you through each move, explaining what you're doing, and giving modifications to fit your level of ability. I follow a workout with breathwork. It really gets my day off to a good start. The app let's me take my workout wherever I go.

This is a life changing program!!!!!The scenery is what got me hooked initially because Santa Barbara is so gorgeous! But now I love it and feel so much better when I get a workout in! I've noticed improvements in my flexibility, mobility, breathing, and core since starting Lindywell. Robin is so friendly and encouraging. Overall just LOVE LOVE LOVE it!
