Every time I plug in my phone and connect it to the app, the second I start messing with stuff it disconnects, reconnects and usually kicks me out of the app. I made changes once, and they got reset after I plugged the cord into my phone and connected it to the app the very next day. This app sucks and the sounds you get from the time I have had it are the most limited options ever. I won't be trusting line 6 amp's or app's anytime soon. Total letdown

The android app is completely unusable. It will not connect to the amp, and I have double checked that the samsung I use should support the connection, all cables, including the OTG, are in good condition and functioning, but still no success. And Line 6's customer service/ support has been ZERO help in resolving the issue. And after connecting with fellow musicians, it seems to be a common problem for anyone trying to use the android app.

The concept of the app is great, the execution not so much. I'm not sure why they chose a USB-B connection, which is one of the lesser used ones. Would be way more enjoyable if they used Bluetooth and had a wireless connection. The apps built in help is lacking. Even trying to browse the cloud tones you get an "invalid token" error without explanation of what's being missed. The cloud search interface defaults to blank so you have no idea if there's anything there. Needs revisions badly.
