After a failed cancellation attempt, I found the customer service experience – especially my interactions with Marie and Eliza – deeply underwhelming and frustrating. Beyond that, the product itself simply isn’t worth the cost, and the options available on the platform aren’t particularly engaging.

I was excited to try this app because the side-by-side Korean and English subtitles are a great idea. Unfortunately, the word-level translations are sometimes incorrect. While reading The Three Little Pigs, I clicked a word that the app translated as "pig," but it wasn't 돼지. Errors like this make it hard to trust the vocabulary. Great concept, but the translation quality needs improvement. Maybe this app is better for languages closer to English.

I am having a lot of problems with the app. I'll start a show and the show will sometimes disappear. And instead of it prompting me to continue with the next episode, it'll just restart the episode I just finished. That's IF the show even appears in the 'Continue Watching' in the first place. Additionally, the app doesn't remember where I stopped watching if I happen to leave the app for any reason. So I have to constantly 'seek' through episodes to find where I was at. I don't recommend this
