Ratings and reviews

I can't comment on how well the app books flights as mine was booked as part of a multi airline trip. The app correctly displays its share of the trip. It does not allow you to get a seat assignment, nor does it display the seat assignment once you get one. That can only be done by contacting Egyptair's help desk by phone. And that can take over an hour just to get connected as you sit in an endless phone queue listening to 10,000 messages about how eager they are to serve you.

Unlike other airline apps where you can register, log in, and easily access services like booking, flight updates, mileage points, and account management, this app is frustrating to use. There's no option to register or log in, and I have to manually enter my flight details every single time just to receive updates. On top of that, the EgyptAir Plus website is practically unusable—it simply doesn't open. The whole experience is unnecessarily inconvenient.

application is not working as regard Egypt air plus cards ....says card number or password is incorrect although they are correct... called the call center told me it's a general problem 2 months ago....is it acceptable to wait for that long time to solve such a simple problem?
