Great app overall. The reward points system is better than most competitors, and the $7 unlimited free delivery subscription saved me a lot of money on groceries and online orders. BOGO and 30% deals are great, and support for Lebanese payment apps like OMT and Wish is a big plus. Downsides are the lack of drivers (some orders arrive very late) and a slow, buggy UI with laggy animations. The app has strong potential.

Ansab app, and the worst customer service ever. They withdraw the money before the order is accepted by the restaurant, and when they cancel the order they refuse to refund the money back to the whish account. They add it to the wallet balance la yejbro l 3alam yerja3o yesta3mlo their app!!

Bad delivery service, bad customer service, bad everything. Order took 2 hours and 10 minutes and the customer service keeps telling me we are sorry. No corrective actions.
