I never leave reviews, but this is needed. stay away. the hardware is good but the app is horrible. on Android you cant touch the hamburger menu as it sits to close to the batter and status bar. in the app you can't switch in remote load between option1 option2 option3 etc. to bad as the mmwave and all the sensors make this a good device but the software is trash. returning :( off to purchase something else

eMotion Max: 1) Doesnt allow for only local (must have wifi which is not what was advertised) 2) Not 6m range (3-4m max), 3) cable is only 3ft 4) not usb-c 5) has Bluetooth issues 6) Only 1 device can receive notifications 7) Never gets software updates 8) App has missing functionality 9) Constantly signs you out 10) Doesn't have email notification capabilities etc. Only allowing one device to receive notifications makes this 100% useless for 99% of people. Use a different product.

Update has made it unusable. Was good before but now devices don't even show up most of the time and when they do it says offline, despite working fine through home assistant. Wish I could return the hardware now, it has been rendered useless
