Keeps getting worse. Updates remove functionality (i.e. for a while it wouldn't show battery %). Recently, my camera's light comes on over and over again ~2am w/ no motion to set it off, draining battery. I know this bc my Wyze camera records 24/7 so I can confirm that nothing is moving. Now, I get "video is incorrect" errors and can't load videos even after restarting several times. So disappointed. Customer service has never replied to help except when I left a poor review on Amazon.

Love this device, and the app is great. There are some hiccups here and there, but whenever I've reached out to support, they've been great. I had an issue with playback and when I reached out to support they helped me troubleshoot it. When they realized it was something on their end, they pre-pushed a firmware update for me and updated the app a day later. That kind of support is what makes me want to support them in turn!

All the app features work well. Cat recognition learns quickly and functions correctly. Great help for cat health tracking, decently accurate recognition of litter events. Camera set up and sharing was very easy and quick.
