About this game

What if a mobile MMORPG actually respected your time and wallet?

Pixel Odyssey is a portrait-mode pixel art MMORPG built by a solo indie developer. No ads, no energy bars, no pay-to-win — just a retro RPG you can pick up and play anywhere with one thumb.

Jump in for a 2-minute coffee break or dive deep for hours. Your choice, your pace.

⚔️ TURN-BASED COMBAT
Fight monsters in strategic turn-based RPG combat as you explore a living pixel art world. Discover rare loot, craft powerful gear, and take on brutal bosses.

🏪 REAL PLAYER ECONOMY
Trade gear and items with real players worldwide. This isn't an AI-controlled market — prices are set by supply and demand in a real player-driven economy.

🗼 CLIMB THE ENDLESS TOWER
How far can you go? The Endless Tower gets harder with every floor. Test your build, your gear, and your strategy against increasingly brutal challenges.

🏟️ PVP COLISEUM
Compete against other players in the Coliseum. Your gear and strategy are put to the test in real PvP combat.

🎒 500+ ITEMS & CUSTOM SKINS
Collect, craft, and customize your character from over 500 items. Upload your own pixel art character skins and stand out in this pixel MMORPG.

🎮 BUILT FOR MOBILE, BUILT FOR YOUR LIFE
Portrait mode. One-handed play. No forced waiting, no ads interrupting your adventure. Pixel Odyssey is designed for your actual schedule — not the other way around.

💎 FAIR BY DESIGN
An optional subscription gives extra convenience — never required, never pay-to-win. No loot boxes, no hidden costs. A mobile RPG that respects your wallet.

Absolutely give this game a shot! Often I will search for games that feel like the developer actually loves their game. Pixel Odyssey feels like the developer is passionate about their game and wants to see it succeed. In-app purchases do exist but they aren't intrusive and they don't feel like an absolute necessity. If you are looking for an RPG game that has solid character progression, character building, and resource grinding, then you will love this game.

Just the right kind of pick up fun! If you're a stat nerd (like me) and you have short spans of downtime once or twice a day at work, this game is perfect! It has no sound right now which is fine, but I wouldn't scoff at a varied soundtrack and maybe button clicks. Other than that, Pixel Odyssey is on the right track! Great work for a solo developer!

Hooked on this game! I am really enjoying this game despite only having played for 2 days so far. The tutorial could use some improvement (basic explanation of a lot of mechanics/features feel missed out - left to figure out a lot of stuff on your own and the community doesn't come across as big and/or super helpful). Once you start to figure out the basics, the game definitely becomes more fun and makes a lot more sense. I have recently found out that there's also a wiki to refer to as well.
