About this app

The brand new LionDesk app lets you keep in touch with leads and close more deals all from the palm of your hand. Send emails, text your clients and even send video directly from your phone, all on the go.

We’ll continually be improving and adding new features much like we do with the LionDesk platform itself. We appreciate feedback!

I would like to use the app more but it doesn't display all my contacts properly. Example, I save a contacts in the web CRM and when I come to the app it doesn't display it properly, it will show the email address but not the phone number. If I make any changes on the web CRM, it doesn't reflect it on app. This doesn't happen all the time but enough to be annoying. And the user interfaces and the layout is very outdated. Please, update and make the app better and more usable. Thanks!

Cannot edit or add to a contact's data. Cannot apply a filter which I created on the desktop. (Edit: an hour after writing this, I logged back on to the app; the editing function was working quickly and as expected. Perhaps their server was down earlier.)

App does not work on Google phone. Since last Android update the CRM has not worked. It keeps crashing. I have called customer support to report the issue. When customers spend good money every month. We should at least get an update from Liondesk to acknowledge the issue and a big fix is in the works. Not happy for how long this has been going on.

What's new

Lead alerts sent to the phone via notifications or text messages no longer require logging into a browser to claim. Click the alert under the Alerts tab and claim the lead within the app.
