No way to save your progress of the shows which you are watching. like how netflix or amazon prime always knew till where I have watched a show, lionsgate play can only seem to remember the show but not the episode. Whenever I try to resume a show, it always starts from beginning. I think this resume feature must be implemented in this aap otherwise it has lost the meaning of an OTT.

Worst OTT experience. I bought a 3-month Lionsgate Play subscription but can't watch a single movie. The app is full of bugs, the home screen often doesn't load, and it says "Content not supported on your device" even though Netflix, JioHotstar, Sony LIV, and ZEE5 work perfectly on my 4K phone. The web version also changed my content settings automatically, hiding most shows. Paid for 3 months and got an unusable service. No proper support or solution. Extremely disappointing with this.

few days ago after update I was logged out of app and when I logged in voila let alone the subscription my whole profile was removed 😂. I had an yearly subscription which used barely a month. and from their website I used contact us feature and not heard even a single from lionsgate side. keep my but I'm never going to use it again.
