This application does not work on Google TV. I don't know what about smart tvs. It doesn't get logged in on Google TV and returns to login screen continuously. I sent mails but support team couldn't fix the problem in two months. I could login on mobile but I don't like to stare at mobile screen for long time and never watch movies on mobile. So, I don't have any experience about mobile application. For the developer's response: I wrote that I had sent mails and obviously in the given mail id.

I have just opted for the subscription and everything was fine once the payment was deducted it showed an error I tried it multiple time payment was deducted each time but shows the same error I did write to the mail given for complaint just got the revert that team will connect with you but no response after that. I again write the mail they provide two complaint number for the reference with the same mail trail although it never happend with other brands. Please help

The picture settings for full HD or auto cannot be adjusted. Same with sound. The setting is very low and had to increase the volume of TV to 85% to hear. Then the movie felt like noise.The app buffers a lot even in high speed connection. The movies skip some parts and sync issues of movie and sound. There is also a problem on claiming offers from Lionsgate. The offer code received on WhatsApp doesn't work. The support email can't address problem. reducing rating.
