This app used to work well other than the occasional crash. Now i can no longer find any information on the leveling and stabilization its just blank screen same thing with the through frame slide selections. when i search for service manual for full wall slides it pulls up all the matching links for it but wont do anything when i press on any of them.

Utterly useless. App crashes trying to open any manual and only works if online. 1. App needs to work. 2. App needs to offer an option to store a select number of manuals offline. I resorted to download manuals on the computer and saving them in my onedrive for offline access. As others have said, it works about as well as many LCI products. IOW, it doesn't work as advertised. Too bad there's not a zero star option.

App doesn't work. I installed the app today on my Galaxy S8. The app opens with a long legal form to accept. The first three functions: Products, Support, and Videos only show a blank black screen. I waited 15 minutes and came back to the app and the blank, black screens were still the only response to those three functions. Since these three functions are the only reason I wanted this app, I will be uninstalling the app. Apparently their app and their Jack's are all broken.
