About this app

Provides access to Egoscue menus and programs created by Egoscue and Egoscue therapists. Also provides access to non-Egoscue exercise routines created by independent posture alignment specialists who utilize Egoscue's ePete software platform. Includes exercise descriptions, images, and video instruction as well as the ability to provide exercise and program feedback.

Ratings and reviews

This app needs work. I have to delete and reinstall frequently as this app freezes and doesn't respond. It's frustrating to me when I'm trying to get through my exercise menu but have to stop and reinstall.

This app is great when it works. Unfortunately, it doesn't always update correctly from the instructor and I have to uninstall and reinstall it for the excercises to load. Very frustrating!

Good platform for following exercises prescribed by Egoscue therapist. I appreciate the instruction videos to review proper form. Program can be buggy (e.g. on my Note8 the icon has dissappeared but I can launch the app by going into PlayStore or searching finder)
