Ratings and reviews

While we click on reports tab at bottom (2nd from left), the application crashes thereby unable to download/view reports. We had to rely on webpage to download reports.

Not getting OTP. Tried many time but couldn't get the OTP even a single time. Worst app

I tried to set a home appointment via Livehealth app and was able to make a successful payment. To my dismay, they do not service our area. The app does not even give an alert if they provide service to a certain area or not. I called them and filed a dispute. I already sent the screenshot of the payment confirmation but until now I haven't received any feedback.
