Can't login. Doesn't even say error. What else can I say? (In another account) Additionally, no way to login with e-mail even when they are sending mails to the email. No facility to update phone number when clinic entered incorrectly. Was a major mess when dealing with Covid related emergency in the family.

Had to go through so much trouble for the tests. Received the report link but can't download reports because user is not registered. Can't login into the app because it does nothing after I enter the correct otp(not even shows any error message). I wasted my time and money only to be frustrated by you. How about deliver the reports manually next time as you guys clearly lack the skills to automate the process. I even doubt the credibility of the reports now.

I tried to set a home appointment via Livehealth app and was able to make a successful payment. To my dismay, they do not service our area. The app does not even give an alert if they provide service to a certain area or not. I called them and filed a dispute. I already sent the screenshot of the payment confirmation but until now I haven't received any feedback.
