Had to go through so much trouble for the tests. Received the report link but can't download reports because user is not registered. Can't login into the app because it does nothing after I enter the correct otp(not even shows any error message). I wasted my time and money only to be frustrated by you. How about deliver the reports manually next time as you guys clearly lack the skills to automate the process. I even doubt the credibility of the reports now.

Why i am unable to Register with my mobile number even after several attempts. It is asking mobile number and Entering OTP after supply of all the Input it is not working and repeating the same procedure again and again, so frustrating APP It is wasting time and not upto the mark of expectations. I have paid my money already but it is not giving service !! Be ware of this app Do not trust it!!

I am giving 4 stars because the otp came on time every time I logged in, past reports available, order clearly mentioned and invoice also available. I know this app is the online provider of test reports. It is not a lab. So, for any query we have to contact the lab. My only feedback is they also mention an estimate time of the report.
