In spite of informing Aarudhra Manjakuppam br well in advance to make available Vein finder/detecter at Aarudhra Lab Koothapakkam br for blood test,but it was not available during a blood test visit on 15th Sep 26 for our mother who is a Sr. Citizen.So lab technician find it difficult to detect veins&pierced multiple times in search of veins. As a result the left hand swelled It's a highly lethargic&irresponsible service by the inexperienced lab technician Not recommended for Sr Citizens👎👎

first time use was very good. 2nd use, my doctors and i am still waiting for results from 6 june. when i use the app it says no data or there is no app to support opening the attachment.

Had to go through so much trouble for the tests. Received the report link but can't download reports because user is not registered. Can't login into the app because it does nothing after I enter the correct otp(not even shows any error message). I wasted my time and money only to be frustrated by you. How about deliver the reports manually next time as you guys clearly lack the skills to automate the process. I even doubt the credibility of the reports now.
