I like it. The only minor issue is that the app looks nothing like the demo photos shown. The icons are super tiny on samsung Galaxy S 24 ultra. There are no tool tips to tell you what the icons do and no documentation to explain it. There is no feature that lets you see when someone is on the site so you can start a conversation. You have to wait for them to initialize it first. Overall, though, it's a good app. Just keep these limitations in mind, and you're good to go.

Took a little bit of playing around and reading to get it working, but I did! Now I can answer my support calls from anywhere at all. The only thing I really, really wish (PLEASE PLEASE implement this) is the notification I get on my PC when someone browses my site, I can see where they are browsing. This doesn't have that feature. That's why I gave it a 4. PLEASE implement that!!

How to update the app? The mobile interface currently looks as old one, please advise. We can see that images are with new updated interface, and actually all looks different as old version.
