"Server not responding" error. Livepure doesn't respond to the email requests too. Please stop cheating the customers by not providing service to the devices you sell and with an app that doesn't accept our service requests. I bought the purifier blindly by seeing that Sachin is the brand ambassador. The device stopped working after 4 months of usage. No one from Livepure is supporting me in getting the device repaired. It's been more than 1 year and I am unable to get it serviced/repaired.

Terrible service. It has been 2 months of me requesting to pickup this terrible RO from my house & they keep making false promises. No one has come yet. Pathetic to the point that I do not understand why this organisation has chosen an essential service i.e. water. Everytime I recharged, it took 8-10 days to reflect. Even the 1st time, they came to install the product after a month of my purchase. Twice I faced issues with installation after that, almost impossible to reach customer service.

Livpure is one of the Worst services. No staff or service person is coming to clear up the issue with my purifier. The request has been open for 10 days. I did pay for the contract with you guys, and since 10 days, the machine has not worked. I'm going to dismantle and trash the machine, and You have to pay me the amount back. I'm not going to leave as simply as this; I will go legally if required. Just installed this app to put this worst best review, see how much I have got frustrated.
