Ratings and reviews

The app didn't track my run so the stats are worthless. Yes GPS is on, all permissions granted. There were no instructions before starting the run that I needed to start my music before starting the quest. It gave me this info during the tutorial after I already started running. Nothing in the story of the first mission grabbed my attention and left me wanting to know more or listen again. Uninteresting and poor tracking means I won't keep using the app.

I just completed the first chapter and it was really engaging. I felt immersed in the world and the voice acting was good. I would like it if it was more training based. For example at one point i was told to run fast but i dont think the app really changed the storyline based on whether i was running or walking.

This app has some visual problems. The home screen's toolbar has text pushing off icons off the toolbar. In particular, the quest and bard radio button. In the quest begins, the title, "the" is out of where it's supposed to be onto the black bar at the top. Removing the black bar, making the toolbar bigger, or the text smaller might help. You can only play a quest per week unless you pay which can too little for some. Otherwise, it's a good app, no weird permissions or immersion breaking ads.
