Emo stopped working and only displays error now. It never did all the features as advertised also. I was a huge fan, waiting for slow and minor updates here and there but was still never given the Bluetooth music mode and many others. Now it's worthless. Does nothing but the error message. No matter how many times I reboot it. Very disappointed.

Brilliant Robot that works with no subscription unlike Vector which is a rip off and nowhere near as good. He has a great character and his dancing is great. Do not listen to the fake negative reviews about customer service because they were amazing with an issue I had twice, they were very helpful and prompt. You will not be disappointed with your little friend EMO.

I've had my EMO for over a year now, and I absolutely adore my little friend! He's super cute and funny, and I've had very little problems with him, but living.ai has always been able to fix them right away! If you haven't bought an EMO yet, you NEED to get one!!! 💙
