This app looks very nice at first glance but the underlying workflows, UI components, and general usabilities are very disappointing and could use a significant overhaul. Update: the text input areas are still very poorly implemented. You can't click around and highlight in the text block and then"attach phot" functionally to a maintenance request just flat out doesn't work. When you select a photo, click their "crop" button, then expect the photo to show up in your request: just nothing happen

This app is an absolute pile of garbage. Editing since I've gotten more chance to use this app. Livly definitely was not ready for prime time, and I have absolutely no idea why any respectable property would use it. They obfuscate the ability to log into their web browser, so you end up having to dig around just to log in to access your account. Their mobile and desktop interfaces are not similar. You can tell this was designed for mobile in mind, as some features (like package tracking) are not even available on the desktop interface. There is no horsepower supporting the infrastructure of this service. Some web pages will spin in excess of 3 minutes for loading. The services they integrate with are not done well. For example, they integrate with Plaid for rent payments through bank accounts. I've spent the last hour trying to use Plaid to connect to multiple banks (chase, capital one, discover) without any luck. The requests take around 5 minutes, and do not respond with any meaningful error on why the connection was not a success. Overall I cannot recommend Livly in any capacity.

Seems to be great on mobile, but absolutely horrendous on desktop. On desktop, it's confusing to navigate, hard to find what you want, and doesn't give you any guidance. Mobile app is significantly easier to navigate, but as desktop is my preferred method of browsing, that's not very helpful.
